The Foundation

Our immediate family story is rooted in the lives of Mikhail Kallas and Barbara Kallas. They were the heartbeat of our family, preserving our traditions and raising the generation that would eventually carry the Kallas name across oceans.

Roots in Fake, Lebanon

The Kallas family story began in Fake, a small village nestled in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley. Fake is a place of profound history, with roots stretching back to Roman times. Its ancient stones and fertile lands provided the backdrop for our ancestors' daily lives for centuries.

The Journey from Syria to the World

Our history in Fake began 400 years ago when our ancestor, Elias Kallas, journeyed from the Qalamun Mountains in Syria to settle in the Bekaa Valley.

In the 20th century, the family tree expanded globally. The children and grandchildren of Mikhail began a new chapter, migrating from Lebanon to build lives in Brazil, France, and the USA, creating the international family we are today.
